6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. General principles include:

• Payments are due according to agreed milestone schedules or invoice terms
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in contracts
• The Company reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment
• All payments must be in Nigerian Naira or as otherwise agreed in writing
• Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified

7. Warranties and Quality Assurance

PC JOPAC commits to delivering services in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. Specific warranties, quality standards, and defect liability periods are defined in individual project contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

• The Company's liability is limited to direct damages arising from proven negligence or breach of contract
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the contract value for the specific project in question
• Force majeure events releasing us from performance obligations include natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, and other events beyond reasonable control

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical data, business strategies, and sensitive information disclosed during the course of engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of contracts and continue as specified in individual agreements.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

• Terminate website access for violations of these Terms
• Suspend or terminate project contracts for material breach, non-payment, or other grounds specified in contracts
• Discontinue services with appropriate notice

11. Dispute Resolution
